Drink lots of water. Whenever urine is yellow and hard, is a sign of dehydration. 8 glasses per day. Urine should be clear or almost clear and no smell. .... but you should always consult a physician for other options
Not really, so it's probably because the nutrient or taking too much, such as sodium] [salt, and again I am not a doctor, so I think you should see, drink more water cleanses the body one.or
Consult a doctor, you can have a kidney infection, cystitis. May, and it is possible that your drink plenty of water. Hydration, eating not only dilute the toxins, or asparagus. This is not to cause back pain.
Try alternating glasses of water and cranberry juice for a few days. which should help. If you do not, you must go to the doctor and get antibiotics.
Perhaps you have a kidney infection. My mother has kidney disease and had pain in my lower back most of his life. Going to the doctor and get it checked out. Thats the only way you will be safe.
