Why Do Legs Ache At Night My Legs Ache At Night, Especially Behind The Knees & Down To The Arches Of My Feet.?

My legs ache at night, especially behind the knees & down to the arches of my feet.? - why do legs ache at night

Sometimes I have difficulty falling asleep or waking up in the middle of the night. Not sure if this is caused by restless legs syndrome, "and I also have varicose veins behind the knees. Any suggestions / exercises to relieve pain are very welcome. Thank you.

This could be a dificency potassium. Ask your docotor try but in the meantime, eat more potassium-rich foods like green vegtables Leavey Banna.

1. How old are you?
2. Did you exercise? If so, it is often?
