Residential Rental Contract NC Eviction Question???

NC Eviction Question??? - residential rental contract

I lost my job and can not pay the rent. My LL sent me a letter today saying that I waived my right to ten days in advance, because the conditions of the residential lease. What does this mean? Does this mean that we do not go through the normal eviction process that my be ruled out for me? He wants the car on Friday, so I wonder if this means I'll throw on Saturday? HELP ME PLEASE! I explained my situation, but it is not pretty! I only have to know how long I have to pack up and find a place to go. Could it be the homeless shelter. Any knowledge or any help you can would be on the evacuation process Charlotte NC can be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
