My daughter was not born with these symptoms, your skin is normal at birth. From an early age I realized I was succeptibles fluctuations of temperature and easily download your skin, especially in a warm room. At the age of 4 + would be the bad color longer in her cheeks, and sometimes almost purple color. Last year my child had the color of a quasi-permanent "red" in the cheeks. I am 37 years old and have had similar problems in my life, but only broken capillaries on the skin have received over the past 7 years.
